WiseConsole is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and intelligence platform. We provide tools to track holdings, monitor prices, analyze performance, and manage crypto portfolios. WiseConsole is not a financial advisor and nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use WiseConsole
• One account per person

• Free tier features are available without payment
• Pro features require a paid subscription billed monthly ($9/month) or annually ($79/year) via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact support@wiseconsole.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

By connecting exchange accounts, you authorize WiseConsole to read your balance and trade history using your provided API keys. You are responsible for ensuring your API keys have read-only permissions. WiseConsole is not liable for any losses resulting from improperly configured API permissions.

You may not:

• Use WiseConsole for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service

WiseConsole provides portfolio tracking tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency investments are volatile and risky. Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions. Past performance does not indicate future results.

WiseConsole is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from use of the service, including but not limited to portfolio tracking errors, data inaccuracies, or service downtime.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in US federal or state courts.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of WiseConsole after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
