WiseConsole (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates wiseconsole.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage.

Portfolio Data

Any crypto holdings, transactions, price alerts, watchlist coins, wallet addresses, and exchange connections you add are stored securely in our database and are only accessible by you.

Payment Information

We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Usage Data

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including page views and performance metrics. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Exchange API Keys

If you connect exchange accounts, your API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage. We use these keys solely to read your balance and trade history — we never execute trades or move funds.

• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To display your portfolio data back to you

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel). We do not display advertisements.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and row-level security on our database.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@wiseconsole.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of WiseConsole after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
